This low production, one of 388, factory 4-speed car is one of the most correct muscle car era NHRA record holders in existence: Project Six Pack. The electric green Road Runner was raced from 1970 – 1975. The story of Project Six Pack was documented in the pages of Super Stock magazine for more than seven years, and its story appeared in more than 77 magazines through 2002. The car is a #1 quality restoration with lots of documented race history. Richard bought his new Road Runner at a January Scottsdale auction along with magazine articles, original dealer invoice, original finance papers, and the original shipping papers. The car also retains its original body numbers and fender tag.
Richard, his wife Marie, and his daughter Carrie, are Mopar enthusiasts and will take the vehicle to just two lucky shows per year.
