1951 Willys-Overland Jeep Rick from Michigan

Rick is a retired Disaster Relief contractor and had worked for over a decade contracting for FEMA. He stopped into our Traverse City office to insure this beautiful classic, a 1951 Willys-Overland Jeep. Originally this vehicle was used as a mail truck on Old Mission Peninsula. Once it was retired from delivering mail, his Grandfather was the next owner and decided to keep it in the family. It has been in his family for many, many years, and now it belongs to Rick. While reviewing the pictures and paperwork for the Willys, he even had the original Owner’s Identification Card from June 18, 1951. Rick is very proud to have this piece of local history, and is excited to start working on it.
